Contributing to another person's Quality of Life is a privilege that inspired the creation of RecWell. With 10 years combined experience in recreation and client care, founder Monique MacFarlane saw a gap in client-centred, recreation based services with a home delivery model.
Additional Information
While studying at the University of Alberta with further studies from Eastern Washington University, Monique began her career in home care as a personal Caregiver. Since then she has continued in the field of senior care as a Recreation Therapist. The early experiences of her career, cemented the importance of applying a client-centered approach to her practice as a Recreation Therapist.
